Warranty for Non-Genuine Cartridge

We warrant that any non-genuine cartridges supplied by us will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to suitable hardware it is used with if it is under normal use.

All goods purchased from AusCartridge.com.au are generally covered by a 180-days manufacturer’s limited warranty. The warranty starts from the date of purchase on the Tax Invoice and the warranty period is 180 days unless otherwise stated. Although the duration of this warranty is normally 180 days limited, some manufacturers may offer an extended warranty.

Manufacturer's warranty is that manufacturers accept direct warranty claims from end users. AusCartridge does NOT handle any warranty claims for those goods covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties may cover manufacturing faults and defects, but they do not cover damages due to external causes such as accidents, misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect storage, incorrect usage, fire, liquids and other problems caused by external components or unauthorized parties. You accept that AusCartridge will not be liable for any consequences arising from such external damages.

If you feel that any item purchased from us has a fault feature, please contact us before returning goods since many problems may be solved without returning. However, we are happy to accept return goods if you decide to return them for an exchange or a full refund. It is customer’s responsibility to send the defective item to AusCartridge with a valid receipt within the warranty period. More information can be found at Return Policy.

However, we do not guarantee on the refilled products. It is customer’s responsibility to check the condition of refilled products. If the refill function does not work, you accept that we are not liable for any consequences arising from this situation.

Warranty for Genuine Cartridges

All Genuine Cartridge claims should be taken up directly with the first party provider. It is customer’s responsibility to check the warranty before making an order.
